• Support series production, SOP, Ramp up and follow up OEE, scrap reduction, C/T, Productivity, Break down, Machine improvement and monitoring production process to meet quality, cost and output
• Develop and release new assembly lines & new process together with local suppliers in Asian Pacific region for specific area
• Capability measurement (Measurement & Test process, Machine, Production), SPC control chart monitoring & take action in case of deviation of control criteria
• Review and revise for correction P-FMEA, Control plan with Engineering Staff, Error proofing development for specific area
• Preparation of production documents and working standard.
• Cooperate with cross functional team BPS, Quality activities of MFE and HSE Safety Activities
• Support 8D activity and Customer request by using PSS
• Support new model set up from SE-Team until SOP in HmjP (simple process)
• Participation and supporting of Engineering change request (ECR preparation and revision)
• Reporting, communication to lead plant and internal (IPN report)
• Support audit from internal and External ITAF16949, ISO 14001 and Safety Audit

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Automotive Engineering

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates are welcomed!
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge about Automatic assembly line (Machanical & Pnumetic,hydraulic)
• Knowledge about process control refer IATF16949 standard
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office / AutoCAD

This site is the new integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. Manufacturing Plant: The Company is constructing its first plant of the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of production 1 million fuel injector units every year. With the new fuel injector plant we are able to meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.

R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers. Location: Robert Bosch Automotive Technologies (Thailand) Co., Ltd. Hemaraj Industrial Estate, Rayong, Thailand.
