Responsibilities:

• Work with Business team members and user to assess and define business/technical requirements.
• Assist with providing impact/solution option assessments to offer workable, efficient technical/business solutions.
• Assist with defining testing strategy within system area to ensure the functionality and accuracy.
• Produce high quality documentation, including procedural, operational and technical design and process flow documents.
• Support business applications as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Higher, preferably in Information Systems, Finance & Accounting, Industrial engineering or related fields.
• Process-driven analysis skills is needed.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication/documentation skills.
• Service oriented, collaborative approach to internal customer and peer relationships.
• Ability to work under pressure of tight deadlines.
• Fast learner and self-starter.
